Investor guide
How investing here works
Nine steps, no custodians in between — from first look to holding STBX in your own wallet.
Before you start
You'll need three things:
The journey
- 1Explore the offering
Everything is on the offering page: terms, legal framework, documents, and live on-chain data you can verify yourself on the block explorer.
- 2Start your investment
Click Invest. You'll enter your email, connect your wallet, confirm the standard investor acknowledgments, and choose your amount — the token calculation updates as you type.
- 3Save your private status link
The moment your commitment is recorded you get a private status page. Bookmark it — it's how you return, verify your identity, and follow every next step.
- 4Verify your identity
A quick hosted verification (ID document + selfie) tied to your wallet. We keep only the result, your verified name and country of residence — your documents stay with the verification provider.
- 5Read and sign the investment documents
After verification you'll read the Investment Memorandum and Risk Disclosure Statement on your status page and confirm each with a free wallet signature — no transaction, no gas. Your signature is bound to the exact document version you read.
- 6Your wallet is whitelisted
Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd adds your wallet to the token's transfer whitelist — a manual compliance step that can take some time. You can sign the documents while you wait; your status page updates the moment it's done. You'll see the whitelist transaction on the block explorer.
- 7Pay Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd directly
Once your wallet is whitelisted and the documents are signed, you send USDC or USDT straight from your wallet to Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd's treasury on Arbitrum One — one click, any wallet. Pay from your verified wallet (not an exchange). Stobox never touches your money, and every payment is verified on-chain.
- 8Receive your tokens
After Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd sends them from its own wallet, STBX arrives in yours and you appear in the holders list. Delivery is done manually, usually shortly after payment.
- 9Hold in your own wallet
The tokens are yours, in your custody, always. Every step of how they got there — whitelist, payment, delivery — is a transaction you can verify on the block explorer.
Questions & answers
Do I need to sign anything when connecting my wallet?
No. Connecting only tells us where to deliver tokens. Your eventual payment from that wallet is what proves you control it.
What do I need before I start?
Three things: a browser wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Brave…), a government ID for verification, and USDC or USDT on Arbitrum One for the payment step.
What personal data do you keep?
Only your email, the verification result, your verified name and your country of residence. ID documents, photos and your date of birth stay with the verification provider — they never enter this platform.
I lost my status link — what now?
Connect the same wallet on the offering page and use “Show my investments” — after a quick wallet signature your investments and links reappear. Support can also resend it.
My identity check failed. Can I retry?
Yes — most failures are photo quality. Your status page shows the reason and a retry button (up to 3 attempts, then our team reviews your case).
Who holds my money and my tokens?
You pay Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd directly — the platform never holds funds, and there is no escrow. Tokens are delivered to your own wallet: self-custody, always.
Can I sell or transfer the tokens?
STBX is transfer-gated: it moves only between verified, whitelisted holders, and resale may be restricted — see the offering documents for the specifics.
How do I know the on-chain numbers are real?
Supply, holders, treasury balances and the full transaction history are read live from the token contract — every value links to the public block explorer so you can check it independently.
